TradeForecaster is a new software service provider that allows traders access to automated trading strategies.
What products can traders access using this platform?
Currently, TradeForecaster has access to the CME Group of futures products that trade electronically. In the future, we will have access to other electronically traded products as well.
How much money do I have to have in my account to trade with TradeForecaster?
We do not maintain customer accounts or transact on behalf of our customers. This process is done though your respective clearing firm and questions relating to funding should be directed to them.
Is TradeForecaster considered a Broker/Dealer?
No. We are a Service Provider that offers trading solutions to traders.
Can I trade stocks with TradeForecaster?
Currently, we provide access to futures markets
Can I run TradeForecaster on a PC or Mac?
Yes. We recommend using a PC or Mac with at least 1GB of Ram along with a high speed internet connection.
Can I run TradeForecaster across multiple monitors?
Yes. You are able to display the information most relevant to you and view it across multiple monitors if you choose.
Can I Paper Trade on the Platform?
Yes. We allow new customers to paper trade and familiarize themselves with our software free of charge.
How much does it cost to sign up?
TradeForecaster has no sign up fee or long-term contracts required. We charge a service fee for Live trading activities.
What is the quickest way to sign up?
Click on the 'Open an Account' link on the main page and you will be directed through the sign up process and given instructions on what to do next. Its that easy!
Can I have someone else log in to my account?
No. Each Username and Password is restricted specifically to the customer as required by the Exchange Regulations.
How many Live strategies can I run at one time?
You are able to run as many strategies live in the market as your clearing firm will allow based on your risk limits.
Do I have to run the strategies that TradeForecaster designed or can I develop my own?
The choice is yours. You can either Play a strategy that has been designed by TradeForecaster or you can customize your own strategies based on specific parameter sets.
Do I have to be a professional trader to use the TradeForecaster System?
No. However, you must be familiar with using a computer and have a solid understanding of futures trading concepts in order to fully utilize the TradeForecaster tool. We recommend you stick to Paper trading until you are completely comfortable will all aspects of automated trading and using TradeForecaster.
